Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• AHA BLS Health Care Provider certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care in the assigned unit with age-appropriate adjustments.
• Monitor patients and report updates to the health care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment to support patient care and unit operations.
• Record initial and ongoing patient information per policy and procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adhere to required offerings.
• Support patient safety initiatives and maintain rapport with patients and staff.
