Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Neuro/Transplant ICU on a part-time night schedule. The RN will coordinate care, provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care across the care continuum.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, active RN license, and strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. TN sponsorship is available for eligible candidates; flexibility and EMR experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements. Arizona and Florida - Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement efforts within the care setting.
