Job summary

Advocate Health’s 6 South Neuro-Telemetry unit at High Point Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN to provide coordinated patient care in a 36-bed Progressive Care/Step-Down setting. You will work 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly, 7am–7pm, with every third weekend, in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the state, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and an active state RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• More than 1 year of RN experience preferred; new graduates may apply to postings for New Graduate RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead and participate in care planning to ensure safety and best patient experience across the continuum.
