Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join its Neuro-Neenah Hospital unit in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role supports bedside care, patient comfort, and data collection under supervision. A high school diploma or GED and BLS are required, with healthcare experience preferred.

Schedule features three 12-hour night shifts (5:30p–6a) with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. This position is based at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Neenah, WI, and offers the opportunity to contribute

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs delegated patient care activities using evidence-based practice and patient-specific competencies.
• Monitors vital signs, height, and weight as needed.
• Provides compassionate care and responds to patient concerns.
• Identifies changes in patient status and escalates appropriately.
• Collects clinical data and reports to the care team.
• Assists with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and daily activities.
• Performs ECGs and phlebotomy as directed.
