Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Step Down, Progressive Care (PCU), or Telemetry experience.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients in a step down/telemetry setting.
• Provide specialized care for patients with neurological conditions.
• Interpret and respond to changes in patient status, including neuro assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
