Qualifications

• Registered nursing licensure with strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
• Experience with neuro/spine postoperative care and monitoring.

• Proficiency with EHR documentation and clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and perform neuro checks to support clinical decision-making.
• Coordinate postoperative nursing care and monitor progress and response to treatment.
• Manage pain using appropriate nursing interventions and patient-centered approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safe, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, care plans, and recovery.
• Document care accurately using advanced technology and electronic health records (EHR).
