Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant with eligibility for Florida licensure.
• Interest or experience in spine neurosurgery or orthopedic care.
• Ability to manage patient volume efficiently.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; strong clinical rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a high volume spine focused outpatient clinic
• See 20 or more patients per day including consults, follow ups and post procedure visits
• Prepare patients for injections and surgical procedures
• Assist with procedures or surgical cases if desired
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive spine care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery expectations
• Participate in a fast paced team oriented environment
