Medical City Plano is seeking a Nurse Manager of Neuro Specialty to lead and oversee a defined patient care area, supporting evidence-based nursing and safe, high-quality outcomes. Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Texas RN license (or compact licensure) required.
• National specialty certification or plan to achieve within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 accountability for a defined patient care area and ensure a climate for autonomous, evidence-based nursing practice.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver goal-directed care aligned with hospital mission and values.
• Promote patient safety, rights, and high-quality outcomes while coordinating interprofessional collaboration.
