Novant Health’s Coastal Region Neurosciences Institute offers a full-time RN rotation program in Wilmington, NC. Nurses will rotate among Neuro Medical, Neuro Surgical, and Neuro Stepdown units to explore where they fit best, with a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing mentorship from experienced preceptors and leaders.

Required RN licensure and RN work experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. The program includes a clear pathway to a permanent Neuroscience Institute nursing role upon

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required.
• If RN license inactive, board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating license; reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher is required.

Responsabilités

• Build a strong foundation in neurological nursing care.
• Gain experience with Neuro Medicine, Neuro Surgical, and Neuro Stepdown.
• Develop relationships with team members and leaders throughout the Neuroscience Institute.
• Identify the clinical environment that best supports your skills and career goals.
• Participate in a successful transition into a permanent Neuroscience Institute nursing team.
