Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks a registered nurse to provide patient care using nursing process and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

The role includes coordinating care with other departments and evaluating care effectiveness among direct care givers. Eligibility requires RN licensure in the hiring state and BLS; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.) may be required based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certifications may be required per unit (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.

Education

Graduate from a school of nursing (A.A.N./Diploma/BSN)
