Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team in Springfield, IL. The Neuro unit requires patient-focused, mission-driven care with hands-on bedside nursing.

The schedule is daytime, 24 hours per week (7am–7pm). Eligible candidates will have an RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. HSHS provides comprehensive benefits and opportunities for further education.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Wisconsin RN multi-state license may apply under Nurse Licensure Compact rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Work in Neuro department on daytime shift.
• Provide patient-centered nursing care aligned with unit standards.
