Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations with measurable objectives in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
• Adjusts treatment to maximize independence and function.
• Plans, coordinates recreation activities and leisure skills training.
• Interviews patients to assess capabilities and monitors progress for modifications.
• Designs community reintegration activities to support needs during physical recreation.
