ProCare Injury Specialists in Dallas, TX is seeking a Neurology Rehab Technician to support neurological diagnostics and patient recovery. You will work with neurologists and chiropractors to ensure accurate testing and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include assisting with neuro-focused rehab, guiding patients through mobility and exercises, preparing treatment areas, documenting records, and communicating with patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EMR familiarity is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with neuro-focused rehab treatments and exercises.
• Support patients with mobility, balance, and strength activities.
• Greet patients and prepare them for treatment sessions.
• Provide instructions for in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care.
• Keep treatment areas clean and equipment sanitized.
• Document patient information and update records for ongoing care.
• Answer questions from patients with reassurance and clarity.
• Support administrative staff by handling phone messages and referrals.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve care and services.
• Other duties as assigned
