ProCare Injury Specialists in Mesquite, TX, seeks a Rehabilitation Technician to support patient care in rehab settings across the Dallas area. You’ll assist with exercises, prep treatment areas, and help patients perform mobility and strength activities under supervision.

The role emphasizes empathetic patient interactions, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare exposure is helpful, with bilingual Spanish a plus; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers in delivering rehab treatments and exercises.
• Help patients with mobility and strength exercises, ensuring proper technique.
• Greet patients and prepare them for treatment sessions.
• Provide instructions for in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care.
• Teach patients how to use rehab equipment correctly.
• Keep treatment areas clean and sanitized.
• Document patient information and update records for ongoing care.
• Answer questions from patients, offering reassurance and clarity.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve care and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
