Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Pennsylvania is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in residential programs in Greensburg and Irwin. You will provide daily living support, assist with therapies, transportation, and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

The role requires empathy, reliability and ability to work with medically complex clients. A high school diploma or GED is required; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs; and completion of any required

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Non-U.S. education must be evaluated for equivalence before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings.
• Work with medically complex and behaviorally challenging clients.
