Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Perris, CA and surrounding areas on a PRN basis. Therapists work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities, delivering integrated treatment plans and engaging activities to meet functional goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-ASHA) preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including all areas of speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
