Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Irvine, CA is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities. PRN positions are available, delivering services in patients' homes and communities with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CA state licensure, and ASHA CCC; experience with neuro-related disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA state licensure required.
• ASHA CCC certification preferred or required.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments in speech, language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative/alternative communication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to deliver home- and community-based care.
