Job summary

RVNAhealth in Ridgefield, CT seeks a Physical Therapist focused on neurologic rehabilitation for our outpatient team. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, collaborative work with PT/OT/SLP, and expanding specialty programs including a Parkinson's Center.

You will evaluate and treat neurologic patients, create individualized plans, track outcomes, and use RTM tools while building strong clinician-patient relationships in a growth-oriented clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in CT (or eligible).
• Interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation; training available.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Patient-centered, high-quality care mindset.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with neurologic and functional outcomes.
• Develop individualized care plans with emphasis on quality and progression.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
