Qualifications

• Active state licensure as Physical Therapist required or eligible.
• BLS certification required or completed within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in neurological rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop/modify treatment plans.
• Delegate and direct all therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional programs enabling return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, and co-workers.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to treat medically complex patients.
