Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation – Neuro Transitional Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to join a multidisciplinary Neuro Transitional Rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement plans of care, and deliver therapy across diverse settings to help individuals recover from neurological injuries.

Licensure as a Physical Therapist is required with BLS or completion within 90 days, and a driver's license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state or eligibility.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days.
• Driver's license in good standing.
• One or more years of neuro rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies the plan of care in coordination with the transdisciplinary team.
• Delivers therapy across multiple environments, adapting structure to maximize patient success.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self about therapy and care.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program enhancement.
