Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a neuro-specialized inpatient rehab team in Midland, Texas. You will conduct 60–90 minute sessions for 6–7 patients daily and collaborate with 13 other OTs, PTs, and SLPs to deliver comprehensive care.

New grads are encouraged to apply, with a leadership growth track, mentorship for 90 days, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. A robust benefits package begins on day one, including PTO and tuition loan support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Treat a neuro specialized caseload with varied cases including stroke, TBI, SCI, trauma, and wound care.
• See 6-7 patients per day with 60–90 minute treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs and support staff.
• Participate in mentorship and leadership development programs.
• Utilize MedBridge resources and stay current with best practices.
