Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the inpatient rehab team in Fort Worth. You will work within a 60-bed facility alongside 12 OTs, PTs, and SLPs, delivering 60–90 minute sessions and treating stroke, TBI, SCI, amputees, and more. Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Detail oriented with ability to see big picture and communicate across levels.
• Collaborative, team-building mindset with servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60–90 minute treatment sessions; see 6–7 patients per day.
• Join a team of 12 OTs, 10 PTs & 5 SLPs plus support staff.
• Deliver extensive benefits starting day 1 (medical, dental, vision).
• Maintain PTO of 4+ weeks and utilize MedBridge subscription.
