Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Westminster, CO. You will provide one-on-one functional rehabilitation, develop and adjust treatment plans, and work within a collaborative team to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized therapy, supporting patients through evaluations, progress reviews, and family communications while maintaining safety and professional standards in an outpatient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Effective communication and professional interaction in verbal and written form.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Moving, lifting, or transferring patients up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods.
• Physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
