Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) for Neuro services on a PRN basis. You will support the Occupational Therapist in administering therapy to diverse patient populations, helping them improve daily living skills and independence.

You will work under licensed OT supervision, participate in education and supervision of students or volunteers, and contribute to staff development within a leading healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certificate is required.
• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient-centered occupational therapy under supervision to achieve functional outcomes.
• Communicate changes in patient status to the primary therapist.
• Serve as a Clinical Instructor or participate in student education and evaluation.
• Act as a resource for volunteers and observers.
• Participate in staff development and interdepartmental education.
• Direct and supervise support personnel while maintaining responsibility for patient care.
