Job summary

Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute in Galveston, TX seeks an LVN to provide patient-focused nursing care under RN and Medical Director supervision. You will document care, monitor status, and educate patients and staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and participation in safety drills and emergency procedures. A Texas LVN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license is required.
• Knowledge of TBI and related syndromes.
• Ability to work in a clinical setting with others.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and hours.
• Ability to obtain NCI certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide specified nursing services to Moody Neuro patients.
• Document patient status and communicate with care team.
• Oversee medication administration and safety.
• Provide wound care as ordered.
• Assist with emergency procedures and triage.
