SSM Health Neuro Transitional Center in O’Fallon, MO, a joint venture with Select Medical, seeks an LPN for full-time nights. You will supervise Neuro Rehabilitation Coaches, support patient care plans, and ensure safety across shifts.

Requires LPN license, driver’s license, and BLS; 3–5 years in a rehab or residential setting preferred. The role offers a $29.50–$39.70 hourly rate, a $10,000 sign-on bonus with no repayment, and a $4 night differential plus $2 weekend stacking.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Current State Driver’s License in good standing required.
• Certified BLS completion required; CPR guidelines apply for new hires.
• 3–5 years of experience in relevant setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Neuro Rehabilitation Coaches on assigned shift and ensures patient safety.
• Carries out treatment plans and coordinates with the transitional rehab team.
• Educates patients, families and coworkers; documents per policy.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, and patient transportation as needed.
