Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our residential neuro rehabilitation program in Maine. Join a dedicated team focused on helping individuals with neurological injuries regain independence and activities that matter most.

We offer full-time weekend CNA/DSP positions with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and other full-time CNA/DSP roles with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Meet one of the training requirements: Direct Support Professional, or CNA/DSP credentials.
• DSP training through Maine DHHS or Assessment of Prior Learning.
• Completion of Maine College of Direct Support within six months of hire.
• Alternative: Personal Support Specialist training and certification requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily living, safety, and independence.
• Support treatment goals with clinical and residential teams.
• Coordinate community outings, appointments, and reintegration activities.
• Observe and communicate patient changes to the team.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment and confidentiality.
