Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Neuro Transitional Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Neuro Rehab Coach (Rehab Support Tech, Therapy Aide, Caregiver, CNA, PCT) for a full-time role. You will work with therapists and nurses to help patients with brain or spinal cord injuries regain independence, assisting with daily living, mobility, and basic medical tasks.

Minimum qualifications: high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and certified BLS; preferred neuro rehab or

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current State Driver’s License in good standing.
• Certified BLS completion required.
• Experience in Neuro Transitional Rehab preferred.
• Therapy or Rehab Aide experience preferred.
• CNA or Certified Medication Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with day-to-day living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Help drive patients to medical appointments and community activities.
• Assist rehabilitation therapists with patient activities.
• Assist with nurse delegated tasks after training (vital signs, medications, etc.).
• Contribute to the therapy and nursing team's efforts to restore independence.
