Job summary

Galaxy Brain and Therapy Center in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in a part-time capacity focused on neuro-based rehabilitation for adults.

You will conduct neuro-focused evaluations, tailor treatments to client goals, and collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, and mental health to support holistic, client-centered care. You will also educate clients and caregivers for home programs and functional recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan or eligibility to practice
• Passion for neuro-based rehabilitation in adults
• Strong communication and teamwork in an interdisciplinary setting

Responsibilities

• Provide neuro-focused evaluations and treatments tailored to client goals
• Address balance, gait, vestibular function, functional mobility and strength
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic client-centered care
• Educate clients and caregivers to support home programs and recovery
• Engage in team communication to foster a supportive clinic culture
• Complete documentation efficiently and in line with insurance and clinical standards
