Qualifications

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process and document care.
• Coordinate with interprofessional teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Apply clinical leadership, teaching, and professional development within the unit.
• Adhere to ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
