Job summary

Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking an experienced Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist for Northside Gwinnett in Lawrenceville. You will work in a state-of-the-art outpatient setting, providing neuro-focused PT and one-on-one patient care.

You will collaborate with Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists to optimize functional independence after neurologic events. New graduates are welcome; mentoring is provided.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience in outpatient neuro rehabilitation preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and examine patients within the PT scope of practice.
• Provide neuro-focused PT treatment and education to patients.
• Teach use of orthotics and assistive devices; ensure safe mobility.
• Coordinate groups and participate in care planning meetings.
• Supervise PTAs and ensure documentation complies with guidelines.
• Maintain gym area and equipment; contribute to cost savings.
