Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in IL.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients across all ages.
• Designs a care plan with goals, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, families, and other health care providers.
• Performs examinations and determines appropriate therapy approaches.
• Monitors and documents patient progress and communicates status to the medical team.
