Job description

The Department of Neurology at Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking a board-certified neurologist to join the Neuro-Ophthalmology Program at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) and the faculty of Harvard Medical School. Candidates should have completed fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology and possess a strong interest in clinical care. The Neuro-Ophthalmology Services at BWH and MGH work in close partnership with the Harvard Medical School Department of Ophthalmology and Mass Eye and Ear, sharing the Harvard Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship program and forming a vibrant neuro-ophthalmology community in Boston. The successful candidate will have a secondary appointment at Mass Eye and Ear and will be involved in resident and fellow teaching and clinical supervision, as well as shared conferences with MEE.

Academic appointment at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements. The Harvard appointment carries an obligation to teach within the Harvard community a minimum of 50 hours per year. We anticipate that the successful candidate will be qualified for appointment at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level.

Candidates must be eligible for a Massachusetts license to practice medicine. Additional conditions of employment are provided via this link: https://www.partners.org/For-Medical-Professionals/Employment-Conditions.aspx
