Job summary

NYU Langone Health in Manhattan invites applications for a Program Manager, Neuro-Oncology & Oncology Research. You will oversee program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, budgeting, and liaison with leadership to drive development and productivity.

You will manage performance appraisals, schedule workflows, implement new procedures, monitor spending, and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes within our Neuro-Oncology and Oncology research initiatives. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of hospital experience including 2+ years in supervisory/administrative roles.
• Strong background in clinical program operations and program development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and monitors departmental activities with supervisory staff.
• Provides guidance and leadership on compliance issues.
• Responsible for performance appraisals of management staff.
• Manage workload planning based on staff capabilities and availability.
• Develops and implements new procedures for units.
• Schedules regular meetings with department personnel to optimize services.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and quality assurance.
