Job summary

Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Neuro Oncology Advanced Practice Provider. The role is full time with 4x10 hour days, Monday through Friday, and includes no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

The APP will deliver advanced nursing care, perform data collection and analysis, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate case management for high-risk patients, while educating families and staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Less than 1 year in applicable nursing/advanced practice roles.
• Master's degree required.
• Advanced Practice Provider certification (MO/KS) required.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing practice for assigned patient populations and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate comprehensive care, case management, and consultations to influence care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff and manage high-risk patients.
• Ensure prescriptive authority adherence and comply with state/federal regulations.
