Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Pearland, TX is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. This part-time opportunity supports interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating impairments in ADLs/IADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, and assistive technology, and selecting adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT and state licensure required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including ADLs/IADLs, upper extremity function, vision/perception, cognition.
• Address adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create patient-centered treatment plans.
