Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families and promotes safety and quality.
• Develops and documents plans of care with the interprofessional team and ensures communication across the continuum.
