Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must be a Graduate from a nursing program with current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS. New graduates are welcome; 1 year hospital experience for PRN roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No experience required; new grads eligible.
• 1 year hospital experience required for PRN positions.
• RN license in Georgia is required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities with assigned staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain standards of practice and professional accountability.
