You will manage patients with lumbar drains and surgical drains, ensuring comfort and safety while collaborating with a specialized team in a Magnet & Teaching Hospital setting, with opportunities to expand neuro nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for neuro patients undergoing cranial and spinal procedures
• Monitor patients post-operatively with lumbar drains and surgical drains
• Collaborate with a specialized neuroscience team in a Magnet & Teaching Hospital setting
• Provide patient comfort and safety while on 12-hour night shifts
