Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Neuro Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to provide leadership and clinical expertise on a busy neuro medical-surgical unit in Mount Pleasant, SC.

The role focuses on overseeing patient care delivery and supporting bedside RNs while ensuring adherence to evidence-based neuro and med-surg standards. You will coordinate admissions and discharges, mentor staff, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and monitor quality

Qualifications

Strong clinical expertise in neuro and med-surg nursing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to mentor and support staff.
Competence in monitoring quality metrics and promoting safety.

Responsabilités

Provide leadership and clinical expertise for a busy neuro medical-surgical unit.
Oversee patient care delivery and support bedside RNs.
Ensure adherence to evidence-based neuro and med-surg standards.
Coordinate admissions and discharges and manage patient flow.
Mentor and precept staff to promote professional development.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor quality metrics and support patient and family education.
Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
