Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Neurology Interventional and Vascular Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support in Richmond, VA. The NP will work 3 shifts of 12 hours weekly, including night shifts, in an inpatient setting with EPIC EMR and a focus on neurointerventional care.

Qualifications include Board Certification and BLS/ACLS. VA license preferred. Compensation ranges from $101.85 to $110.25 per hour, with malpractice insurance and travel/lodging arrangements provided by AMN Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Board Certification required.
• Certification from American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide neurovascular inpatient care for neurointerventional patients.
• Respond to code stroke and coordinate post-procedure management.
• Collaborate with inpatient teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
