Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise high quality, individualized patient care. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using the nursing process and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe outcomes.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Alaska RN license upon hire, BLS on hire, and ACLS within 90 days of hire. Involves families in the care plan and may include shift variations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and supervise safe, quality care tailored to assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and communicate the patient’s plan with the health care team.
• Involve families or significant others in the plan of care as appropriate.
• Direct, delegate and manage care delivered by colleagues and nurses.
