Job summary

Premier Health’s Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH seeks a Special Procedures/Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist. The role supports Neuro IR procedures, patient flow, contrast administration, and safety within Interventional Radiology.

The ideal candidate has ARRT RT (R) registry, Ohio licensure, BLS, and 1–3 years of Radiologic Technology experience, with IR exposure preferred; on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ARRT RT (R) registry required.
• ODH licensure required.
• 1–3 years of job-related experience; progressive IR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Neuro IR procedures of diagnostic quality as ordered by the referring physician.
• Obtains clinical history and data for correlation with IR procedures.
• Coordinates patient care and routine safety measures.
• Assists Radiologist in interventional procedures and emergency care.
• Maintains records, QC, and equipment readiness; may be on-call.
