Pay Range

This range is provided by Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $49.50/hr

About the Role

Join Our Dynamic BJC HealthCare System Radiology Team! Full-Time Rad Neurology Interventional Radiologic Technologist - 4 days per week at Barnes Jewish Hospital - Interventional Radiology Mallinckrodt.

Position Details
  • Schedule: Day Shift (10-hour shifts, 4 days a week; 7:30 am - 6 pm)
  • Call Rotation: Required for weeknights (Monday - Thursday, 6 pm - 7:30 am) & weekends (Friday 6 pm through Monday 7:30 am)
  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week (Benefits Eligible)
Responsibilities
  • Work independently with a multidisciplinary team performing fluoroscopic imaging procedures.
  • Prepare patients and equipment for procedures while assisting the radiologist.
  • Perform image post-processing and circulating procedures.
  • Participate in the PDP program and Radiology Leadership Development Program.
  • Utilize State of the Art technology - Siemens Fluoro units, GE Ultrasound, and Epic.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in a related field.
  • Certification: Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R). - Current or obtaining in the next 6 months
Experience
  • New grads, upcoming grads, and experienced Radiologic Technologists/MRI Technologists are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in MR, CT, RT, X-ray, Radiology, Medical Imaging, ARRT, and related fields is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications & Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, and Cardiac Catheterization, on adults and/or pediatric patients, ensuring quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Trade School degree.
  • Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES.
