Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neuro inpatient unit. The role offers a full-time, 36-hour week with night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and self-scheduling options.

New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome, with sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance available. Responsibilities include direct patient care, care coordination, and documentation, in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and compassionate care.
