Job summary

Premier Health Partners seeks a Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive neurologic care in the Neuro-One inpatient service and outpatient clinic. This PRN hybrid role supports continuity of care and collaborative practice with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and multidisciplinary teams.

The APP will evaluate, treat, document, and coordinate care for acutely ill neurology patients while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes and engaging in clinical pathways and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Ohio licensure as NP/PA and CNS/PA certification.
• Certificate to Prescribe current.
• HIPAA knowledge and professional discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word, Outlook; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage inpatient and outpatient neurological patients.
• Perform daily rounds and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond to inpatient neurology consults from various services.
• Assist with discharge planning and medication reconciliation.
• Participate in Neuro-One operational initiatives and case reviews.
