Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Neuro ICU RN for a 12-week night shift assignment in Kentucky. Active KY or Compact RN license and ACLS/BLS certifications are required. RN experience of at least two years is needed. A driver’s license is required for consideration.

Responsibilities include working in the Neuro ICU, 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a) with every-other weekend, and using EPIC for charting. References and eligibility criteria apply. Travel-friendly benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active KY license or Compact RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• BSN not required for this position.
• Driver's license copy required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Neuro ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of an acute care hospital setting.
• 12-hour night shifts from 7p-7a, every other weekend.
• Uses EPIC as the charting system.
• Provide critical care nursing to neuro ICU patients.
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility.
• Candidates previously employed directly by any facility associated with this health system within the past year are not eligible.
• Candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered.
