We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Biron Robertson for 13-week travel assignments across North Carolina. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying the benefits of travel nursing.

Required Skills, Certifications, and Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience
2. First-time travelers accepted
3. Locals accepted; rate difference applies
4. Skills: ICP Monitoring, Ventilator Management, Telemetry
5. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH

Job Details:

1. Staffing Ratios: 2:1, occasionally 3:1
2. Contract Duration: 13 weeks
3. Shift: 12-hour night shifts
4. Float Requirement: Yes, to other ICUs and intermediate units
5. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
6. Patient Diagnoses: Neuroscience ICU patients
7. Unit Description: 26-bed Neuro and Surgical ICU (NSICU) within a comprehensive stroke center, caring for neurological patients. Experience with stroke, ICP, seizure management, and critical care is preferred.
8. Special Procedures/Equipment: EVD management, ventilator management, Zoll temperature management, PCAs
9. Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
10. Scheduling: Block scheduling
11. Orientation: 24 hours
12. Scrubs: Navy blue or white, or a combination
