You’ll educate families and coordinate care with the team to ensure safe, effective outcomes. The role requires RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and a commitment to continuous professional development within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, medications and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
