Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking an experienced registered nurse for our Neuroscience Center, 6 West. You will perform detailed neurological assessments, monitor ICP, titrate medications, and manage critical equipment in a high-acuity stroke and neuro-focused unit.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including LPNs, PCNAs, therapists, and physicians. Rotating shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a) with weekends and holidays, with options for career development and OPERS benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• AHA BLS for healthcare providers, or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct neurological nursing care in a 24-bed Neuroscience unit.
• Perform detailed neuro assessments and monitor ICP and telemetry.
• Titrate medications and manage ventilators/CRRT as needed.
• Collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, therapists and physicians to deliver patient care.
